REFUND POLICY

We have a 15 -day return & exchange policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original OJE packaging. To complete your return, please email your proof of purchase to our friendly team at support@ojeaustralia.com.au

If you would like to exchange your product upon change of mind, you will need to pay for the new shipping fee. Please contact our support team before returning the products to us so we are also aware.

Not Eligible For Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on opened, used, damaged packets and items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Returns

Once your return is received you will receive an email from our support team to notify you that you item’s been delivered to us. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within certain amount of days depending on your bank.

In all circumstances please allow us 2-3 business days to get back to you.
